“When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.” – Matthew 12:43-45 KJV
The previous series focused on six spiritual doors that a person may have opened that hinders them from living a life of abundance. The spiritual doors were disobedience, unforgiveness, inner vows, judgments, generational curses, and emotional trauma. This next series that I will be posting on my blog is to help individuals get closer to living a life of more abundance is the Root Spirits series.
When spiritual doors have been opened, it allows root spirits to go in and out of the spiritual doors. This series will help identify if you have any of these root spirits operating actively in your life and help you get to the root of why you are not experiencing a life of abundance. There will be a total of fourteen root spirits that this series will focus on. The root spirits are the spirit of infirmity (Luke 13:11), spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7), spirit of divination (Acts 16:16-18), spirit of whoredom (Hosea 4:12), spirit of bondage (Romans 8:15), spirit of haughtiness (Proverbs 16:18-19), spirit of perverseness (Isaiah 19:14), the spirit of antichrist (1 John 4:3), spirit of deaf/dumb (Mark 9:25-27), spirit of heaviness (Isaiah 61:3), spirit of lying (2 Chronicles 18:22), spirit of jealousy (Numbers 5:14), spirit of stupor/slumber (Romans 11:8), and the spirit of error (1John 4:6).
