God does not call the qualified; He qualifies the called. God chooses whoever He wants to accomplish what He pleases. Some examples of who God used in the Bible:

Noah, the drunkard.

Jacob, the liar.

Moses who stuttered.

Gideon who was afraid.

Samson who was a womanizer.

Elijah who wanted to die.

The Samaritan woman who was divorced multiple times and lived with a man who was not her husband.

Paul who killed Christians.
