“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.” – Daniel 10:13 KJV

 God wants to bless each and every one of us. Did you know that there are times when there can be a delay that hinders us from receiving our blessings in a timely manner? Here are some of the things that may be delaying your blessings:

• You try to get your blessings your way and not God’s way.
• The enemy will send a counterfeit to postpone what God has promised you.
• You do not hear from God correctly.
• You are not obedient to the Word of God.
• You allow yourself to get distracted.
• You do not have the patience to wait for God to answer your prayers.
• Your doubt and unbelief that God will answer your prayers.
• When you do not receive your blessings in a timely manner, you start to ask God for something else.
• Your blessings are held up in the spiritual realm due to a spiritual battle taking place like what Daniel experienced when He was fasting.
• You are not in the right posture to receive what you are asking God to bless you with.
