“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.” – 1 John 4:7 KJV
I was on a Zoom prayer meeting about a week ago and one of the ladies on the call asked the question. What is the cost if we do not show up for our potential clients/customers? I pondered over her question long after the Zoom meeting was over. As a Christian Spiritual Life Coach, not showing up for my clients could be a matter of spiritual life and death. Here is why I say that.
Christians are becoming more and more unfamiliar with the Bible as a guide for their daily living. They are turning to the world for solutions, programs, and methods that seem like they are an answer to spiritual problems. They are not using the Bible the way that God intended for it to be used and that is to get to know God’s character and to have a spiritual guide on how to live our lives in a way that will bring the promises that Jesus Christ laid down His life for us to have.
If I do not show up as a Christian Spiritual Life Coach for those believers and non-believers who are willing to follow Kingdom of God, biblical principles and be coached on how to live a life that can bring blessings and abundance consistently. As well as be in a spiritual position to live out what Jesus Christ came to do when He was sharing the gospel of the Kingdom of God. Bringing Heaven down to earth, where we all can encounter Heaven just like God intended it to be with Adam and Eve. There is going to be a cost.
The cost of me not showing up for my clients is that they will not experience the love that God has placed inside of me (1 John 4:8). Knowing and having a relationship with God are the first steps of an encounter of agape love. The unconditional love was evident when God sent His only begotten son (John 3:16). I also have the Holy Spirit that dwells inside of me (1 John 4:4). He will use me as a vessel to help the potential clients to experience the light that has been put inside of me and one of the most important things that I can do for my potential clients is showing them the type of unconditional love that God has for me, and transferring it to them as I coach them through whatever is hindering them from experiencing changes in their circumstances and receiving blessings in their lives.
Secondly, it will cost my potential clients a spiritual death (Romans 6:23) and if I do not warn them that they are heading in a direction that is opening a spiritual door of spiritual death, then their blood will be on my hands (Ezekiel 3:17-21).
Thirdly, it will cost them a lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6) and they will not understand that Jesus wants them to experience a life of abundance and that they have an enemy that is trying everything in his limited power to keep my potential clients from receiving all that Jesus Christ laid down His life for us to have while we are still living on this earth (John 10:10).
Lastly, it will cost them experiencing freedom from the spiritual root issues that are keeping them in spiritual bondage which hinders them from seeing the full blessings and promises that God tells us in the Bible that are ours to receive if we meet the requirements that are laid out in the Word of God (Hebrews 6:12, Hebrews 11:33, Psalms 34:10, Hebrews 10:36, Matthew 6:33, Hebrews 6:15, Matthew 7:7, John 14:14, John 16:24).
